Glass cuvette with stainless steel cage and Luer-Lock connections
With its rectangular shape, this polarimeter cuvette fits into the polarimeters of the P9000 series. Samples are filled via the Luer-Lock connections. The cuvette and sample are tempered via the Peltier elements in the polarimeter itself.
The PKG-100/-50 polarimeter cuvettes are particularly robust, temperature-controlled and versatile glass measurement cuvettes. They are made of borosilicate glass, which makes them chemical-resistant, which is very important in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, for example, where samples are often analyzed in 10% hydrochloric acid.

Polarimeter cuvette example from practice
There is often little sample available for polarimeter measurements and the analysis of optically active substances. This sample is also often recovered and must be measured at the right temperature and as free of bubbles as possible. This is a challenge for many users. The new P9000-P polarimeter series from KRÜSS uses patented square measuring cells that are easier to fill, even with smaller sample volumes. This alleviates one of the biggest challenges for many Applications: small Sample volumes.
