Description

The digital density meters for automatic sample supply use proven U-tube oscillator technology. These density meters are ideal for working environments involving a high sample throughput that require fully automated handling of the entire process, from sample supply to cleaning and drying. The set includes a choice of the AS80 or AS90 autosamplers with the DS7070 peristaltic pump, enabling automated measurement of up to 89 samples. The minimum sample volume supply of the oscillating U-tube is less than 1 ml. The internal Peltier temperature control ensures a fast and stable sample temperature. Whether it’s density, relative density, Brix, alcohol concentration, sulfuric acid concentration, or other user-configurable scales, the configuration options are virtually unlimited. Thanks to the chemical-resistant sample-handling components made of borosilicate glass and PTFE, the devices are suitable for low- to slightly viscous, corrosive samples. They are used in various sectors of the pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, food, and beverage industries. They can be used to determine quality or purity and to measure concentration in binary mixtures.
