Fully automated measurement of the refractive index with maximum efficiency

The fully automatic measurement with the DR6000-TF is carried out using a CCD sensor. In addition to the Peltier element, the measurement devices feature a flow-through cell, which, in combination with a drying unit, peristaltic pump, and autosampler, enables fully automatic operation.

These refractometers are the ideal solution for manufacturers of flavors, fragrances and essential oils, as well as for the pharmaceutical and beverage industries. They can be used in routine analysis involving high sample volumes, purity testing of raw materials and finished products, or for determining sugar concentration in juices and non-alcoholic beverages.

For reproducible quality control in the food, beverage, and sugar industries , the analyzer offers ICUMSA-compliant temperature compensation that can be activated .

Firmware, data recording and storage of the devices are compliant with the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11. In addition, the measurement devices comply with GMP/GLP, Pharmacopoeia (USP, BP, JP, Ph. Eur.), FDA, ISO, HACCP, OIML, ASTM, ICUMSA, and NIST.
